Fujitsu Limited Announces Executive Appointments

Tokyo, April 25, 2003 - Following a meeting today of its Board of Directors, Fujitsu Limited announced the following executive appointments to the Board, to take effect pending approval at an extraordinary meeting of the Board to be held after the 103rd General Shareholders Meeting scheduled for late June, 2003.

Chairman and Representative Director
Naoyuki Akikusa (currently President and Representative Director)

President and Representative Director
Hiroaki Kurokawa (currently Corporate Senior Vice President)

Also today, Fujitsu announced the following new nominees to the Board and planned resignations of current Board members to be ratified at the annual shareholders meeting scheduled in late June.

After the annual shareholders meeting, Tadashi Sekizawa will be appointed as Senior Executive Advisor to the company, and Tadayasu Sugita and Takashi Takaya as Advisors to the company.
